Chadwick’s is an online clothing store that carries a variety of clothing sizes including clothing for plus size women. They strive to ensure that they have clothing that fits every shape of woman so that the clothing can flatter her best assets.

Chadwick’s offers clothing for the plus size woman that is in style and not old woman like, which is what you find at most local stores as well as many of the online stores that specialize in plus size clothing.

The website is extremely easy to use and view. You practically have access to each and every page, including the clearance page, from the home page of Chadwick’s.

Overall, they seem to be true to their word for all policies and seem to have high quality merchandise that will flatter your figure the way you want it to. Very affordable pricing as well – high quality merchandise for a fraction of the cost of top-notch expensive retailers.

Usability and Speed: The website is very easy to navigate through and can be quite time consuming once you start browsing through the styles. You have access to almost every page from the homepage.

Product Images: The product images are truly dedicated to the actual product that they are displaying. In addition, the products are shown on real women (not of plus size but real women) rather than manikins.

Checkout Process: The checkout process is simple and easy. When you get to your shopping bag full of the products you wish to purchase, you can change anything about them (size, color, etc.) before proceeding to checkout. You will then continue and before actually checking out with Chadwick’s, a screen will appear that will recommend merchandise based off of the products you placed in your shopping bag. It’s a great way to grab a few last minute deals that you may not have caught a glimpse of before. You’ll then move on to enter in all relevant shipping and billing information, select your method of shipping, and then enter in your payment details to submit your order and receive a confirmation.

Is My Credit Card Safe?: Absolutely – Chadwick’s utilizes SSL encryption and secure technology.

Customer Service: 4.5 out of 5 stars

I called customer service to find out about a specific item to see if it would ever be discontinued or anything like that because I was ordering dresses for bridesmaid; therefore, I need to see how early I should order them to ensure that I get one for each of my bridesmaids and don’t have to change the style, color, etc. of the dresses that I had already chosen. The customer service rep that I spoke to you was very friendly but was uncertain of an answer to my question so she asked to place me on hold so she could get in touch with her manager. Her manager was then conferenced in on the phone call and was able to give me the information that I needed. So, great customer service!

Policies: 4.5 out of 5 stars
Chadwick’s believes in the quality of their merchandise and will gladly accept any return for a full refund or exchange within 90 days of purchase. If you opt to do this after the 90 days has been reached, then you’ll simply receive a merchandise credit for the store. It only takes a couple weeks for the whole process to go down based on experiences of a family member that had to exchange an item for a larger size.

Shipping: 5 out of 5 stars
Chadwick’s offers three different methods of shipping starting at standard shipping of 7-10 days moving to express shipping of 3-4 days and then super fast shipping of 2 days. Shipping charges are based upon merchandise total. I spoke with my family member in regards to their shipping and she said she had never received anything late and actually received an item a day early one time!

In addition, Chadwick’s does offer international shipping and are more than happy to send packages to P.O. Boxes but do recommend other shipping options so that you can track your order.

Fit Measurements: 3.5 out of 5 stars

The size charts at Chadwick’s are nothing and far from special. It is just a simple size chart helping you decide the right size based off of your measurements; therefore, they also have a small image and text guide that will help you measure yourself in the right places to get the right measurement.
