Her Room is one of the best websites online to go to when searching for lingerie or similar products. Her Room has a special section dedicated to plus size women because they know that plus size women need their lingerie fix just like anyone else.
They have a wide selection of lingerie products for the plus size woman. They have styles that will flatter every figure and that will give you the confidence that you have always wanted – you’ll feel sexy as hell too!
One thing I thought was really neat in the checkout process was that if you don’t want your order to ship today, you can choose a date up to three months in advance for the order to ship. In addition, they offer gift wrapping services. $5.50 for a ribbon (orange, red, blue, purple, green). This is something that many and most online stores do NOT offer so I thought it was really cool.

Usability and Speed: The website is very simple and standard but very easy to navigate through and to view products. You can search by size, color, brand, best sellers, collection, as well as sale items.
Product Images: Images show the product very well and provide zoom capability and a back view. In addition, and this is really cool, you can view the bra underneath specific styles of clothes. You can scroll over the types of shirts (boat neck, scoop neck, button down, etc.) to the left of the image and it will appear over the bra. It’s very neat.
Checkout Process: Simply select your size, color, quantity, and click on add to shopping bag. Once you add the item to your shopping bag, you have the option to close out and continue shopping or to go ahead and checkout. When you go to this page, you’ll be greeted with your shopping bag as well as recommendations based off of the items in your shopping bag. You can continue shopping or checkout. Simply enter in all the relevant information (shipping, billing, payment) then confirm your order and you are done. During the process, you can opt for gift wrapping as well as later shipping.

I called customer service during business hours but was unable to get anyone after 10-15 minutes of waiting. I tried a second time and received the same thing; therefore, I am unable to give a personal experience review on Her Room’s customer service staff.

If you see an item ending in $0.99 then it cannot be returned or exchanged. Other than that, Her Room is very easy with returns and exchanges as long as you return the item(s) within 30 days. They ask that you allow 15 to 20 business days to fully process your return including time to receive the item(s).
If it is after the 30 days, you can attempt to return or exchange an item, but they don’t have to accept it and can actually refuse it. However, if it is accepted, 20% of $10, whichever one is greater, for a stocking fee will be required.

Her Room will gladly ship to all 50 states in the U.S. as well as military addresses (AFO/FPO). You can opt for a variety of shipping methods that range in delivery times and costs. International orders are happily accepted at Her Room as they have teamed up with a third party known as iShopUSA that your purchase order will go through.
All in all, the shipping costs are actually very affordable with Her Room. For example, If you choose standard shipping (delivery in 5 to 10 business days), you will pay $5 shipping for merchandise totaling under $70 and if your order total s$70 or more, you’ll pay nothing! The next step up is UPS Ground where you receive your order in 3 to 7 business days with no delivery on Saturday for shipping charges of $8 under $70 and $3 over $70.
There is always $5 difference between the under/over $70 merchandise total. You can opt for delivery via USPS Priority, Express or UPS Second Day Air, Overnight in addition to the above mentioned shipping methods.
Her Room has the most appropriately and affordable priced shipping charges that I have ever seen I believe.

Her Room has a really neat bra measurement guide as not only does it have images and step-by-step instructions, but there is also a video that shows you how to measure yourself to get the proper bra measurements. In addition, there are some great tips and guidelines on the left hand side of this screen with the bra fit guide that seem to be really inspiring and informational. There are guidelines that will help you choose the proper bra cup, the right fit style, and much more.

I went to order a product and it popped up to say it was on back order. It gave me the expected date of being back in stock and said I could order now and that it would ship when available. It also stated that my credit card would not be charged until the item shipped out.
