Usability and Speed: The website is designed extremely well – perfect transition from one page to another and is very sophisticated, elegant, and sexy looking. You’ll go from one page to another very quickly without huge loading times.
Product Images: The product images are perfect. The items are modeled on plus size models (HUGE PLUS for me!) and show how they fit a plus size woman’s body so that you can actually see the areas that it covers and highlights.

The customer service was exceptional. I called to see if I could get some tips on purchasing lingerie. I explained that I was pear shaped but I wanted something that would flatter my body while not drawing attention to my problem areas. The customer service associate was very polite and helped me find the perfect piece of lingerie. I can’t thank her enough because when I wore the lingerie for my husband – he was speechless! It’s a great feeling…

Hips and Curves will happy accept a return for a refund within 30 days of the receipt of the purchased order. After 30 days, a restocking fee of 15% will be charged. All items must still be intact, unworn and unused with tags still attached. Hips and Curves does not offer exchanges – only full refunds at this time. If you want to place a new order for an exchange, contact customer service for more information.
The processing time is about 10 to 12 business days once the item reached the warehouse. Customers should allow a single billing cycle for the refund to show up on the billing statement.
Pretty standard stuff. Their policies are so strict due to state laws and they wish to abide by them.

You can choose standard shipping by USPS Priority Mail for delivery within 4 to 10 business days. You can also opt to have your order shipped via FedEx Ground 2 Day or Next Day. Don’t expect Saturday delivery as it is currently unavailable through Hips and Curves.
Hips and Curves does currently ship internationally and are all shipped via FedEx International and can take between five to seven days, or longer in some instances – it really just depends on customs.
A plus – you can have your order shipped to more than one shipping address (in case you need to split your order between two households).

Hips and Curves has size charts for anything that they offer ranging from lingerie and corsets to garter belts and hosiery. Each piece of clothing that is offered at Hips and Curves has its own size chart so you can get the proper fit.
Hips and Curves also helps to give you tips and guidelines to measure for bra size, cup size, and band size.
If for any reason a piece of clothing on their website does not go by the general charts that they have provided, there will be a notice on the product description page. For example, if you need to go one size larger for a bustier because of the way it’s made, it will tell you. It will also tell you if you should purchase a corset four inches below your natural waistline. This means if you normally wear a size 40, you’ll want to drop to a size 36 when purchasing. Don’t worry if it’s too much to handle as there is generally a chart showing you your waist size and then the correct size to order. It helps a lot – very beneficial.
