Old Navy is a great store to shop at for anyone including plus size women. Old Navy has their very own plus size clothing line, which many people are unaware of. They have all the cool styles for plus size women that they do for other women.

Old Navy always has some of the newest, coolest trendiest clothes and it is no different with their plus size clothing. Old Navy has dresses, tops, bottoms, shoes, etc. Old Navy has it all and in the coolest new fashions. By shopping at Old Navy, you get to stay hip and in fashion while flattering your curves!

Usability and Speed: The website is pretty basic but very easy to maneuver around.

Product Images: The product images are of decent size allowing you to view the product properly. You are able to see the designs and other embellishments of the product with no problem. A quick scroll over the image gives the ability to click on the quick view tab then once you open up the product, you have zoom capabilities.

Checkout Process: When you go to your shopping bag, you are able to view the items and choose your method of shipping. You’ll then click checkout where you must sign in if you are a returning customer or create an account if you are a new customer. You can then proceed in a normal checkout process.

Is My Credit Card Safe?: Credit card information is safe at Old Navy; they use SSL encryption and secure technology to ensure the safety of your personal information.

Customer Service: 4 out of 5 stars

I called customer service to find out if a specific product normally ran larger or smaller. It took several minutes to finally reach a customer service associate but once I did they apologized for the wait and helped me immediately. The experience was great overall.

Old Navy will return, exchange, or send a new item if you aren’t completely satisfied with your purchase. Keep in mind, though, Old Navy does not accept returns or exchanges on sale items. Make certain that all the original price tags and any other tags are still properly attached to the clothing before returning by mail.

Shipping through Old Navy has never been similar or so cost-effective. If you want standard delivery, it is a flat rate fee of $7. $17 and $22 for express delivery and next business day delivery respectively.

Old Navy does not currently ship internationally and uses only the USPS, UPS, and FedEx carrier services.
