Roaman’s has an extensive clothing collection for almost any woman of any age, shape, size, and style. One of the best things about Roaman’s is that they have readjusted their target customer and have added in younger women and juniors into their style bubble; therefore, Roaman’s offers clothing that will not only find the taste of a 21 year old but will also find the taste of a 41 year old through their diverse fashion line.

One of the best things about the clothing at Roaman’s is that it is of high quality so that it looks good and stays looking good, but it is also comfortable. Comfort is a necessity for any plus size woman and it should not be overlooked.

Roaman’s goes further than just offering styles to wear to work or around the house by offering fashion clothing is suitable for wedding parties and other special occasions. No matter what your BlackBerry calendar has in store for you in the upcoming days, you are sure to find a relevant, fashionable outfit at Roaman’s.

Usability and Speed: Roaman’s is very appealing to the eye and is very easy to maneuver around. Not only that but the load time is excellent as there practically isn’t a load time.

Product Images: The products are shown on live models that seem full of life and energetic making the clothing look ten times better than just still images (in my own opinion, of course!). Scroll over for the option of Quick View and go to the description product page for zoom capabilities.

Checkout Process: Once you have selected your item, its quantity, color and size, you can click on the add to shopping bag button. From there, you can continue shopping or proceed to checkout. If you decide to do the later, you will be taken to a page of recommendations based off of your shopping cart, which you can choose to add to your cart or you can simply proceed to checkout and skip the recommendations page. From here, it is simple and straightforward like any other online shopping cart checkout process. Enter your shipping, billing, payment, and personal information and you are done when you receive an order confirmation.

Customer Service: 4.5 out of 5 stars

I called Roaman’s to find out more information about a coupon code that I wanted to use. I had one but it wasn’t accepting it on the internet in the checkout and I was certain the expiration date hadn’t been reached. The customer service associate kindly informed me that the coupon had no expired but I was trying to use it on a clearance item and that was forbidden. I can use the coupon code on sale items or regular priced items, but not clearance items. She was very friendly when providing me with this information and sincerely apologized. A fine experience in all honesty.

Roaman’s allow the return of any item that you are unsatisfied within 90 days to receive a full refund, but after 90 days, you’ll receive a merchandise credit minus S&H rather than a full refund.

When returning an item, you have two options – one costing $6.50 for drop off at UPS and the other costing $7.95 for the pick-up by UPS. The return cost will be deducted from the full refund that you receive or the merchandise credit that you receive.

Don’t forget to return the item in its original packaging with original price tags and labels intact to ensure that Roaman’s accepts the return. In addition, include your original invoice with the items marked of why you are returning the item(s).

The shipping and handling charges at One Stop Plus are ultimately based on the total of your merchandise. Standard delivery takes 4 to 7 business days in the United States. They also offer both express delivery (3-4 business days) for $10 in addition to typical S&H charges as well as superfast delivery (2 business days via UPS) for $20 in addition to typical S&H charges. This is information for U.S. territories only – delivery times will differ if outside the continental U.S.

Internationally shipping is not currently available but Roaman’s will ship to military addresses and remote areas such as Hawaii and Alaska.

A cool option offered in this area is that if you are buying something for yourself as well as a friend for a birthday gift, you can have the items shipped to separate addresses. Therefore, you don’t have to receive it at your house and then re-package it and re-mail it to your friend – it can all be taken care of via Roaman’s to begin with.

You can also find a guideline to measure yourself for a swimsuit to make sure you purchase one that fits properly. You’ll also find that Roaman’s has size charts for shoes, hosiery, panties, as well as garment sizing.

All the size charts have text, image, and a chart to go coincide with each other. Overall, they are excellent size charts because the shoe chart even issues tips to help you achieve the best style and fit.
