The website isn’t great – it is set up well, but the speed is not up to par. The looks are absolutely fantastic and you couldn’t ask for a more trendy, chic and sophisticated set of styles. It is by far one of the most stylish plus size online clothing stores that I have seen.
Clothing was modeled on plus size models rather than having plus size clothing modeled on size 6 models. Definitely a plus in my eyes as I hate seeing the later.
While there may not be a HUGE selection as with some of the larger chains, there is a large enough selection to find something that you’ll love and that will look fantastic on you.

Usability and Speed: The website is relatively easy to use, but lacks in speed when compared to other websites.
Product Images: The products seemed to very professional and their products were actually all modeled on plus size models – a huge plus for me!
Checkout Process: In order to checkout with Sealed With a Kiss, you must sign up for an account if you want to be able to track your shipment order; otherwise, you are free to checkout as a guest without registration.
The entire checkout process is very simple, though, as it just a standard typical checkout – input your shipping and billing information, confirm your order and then print your order confirmation once it has been successfully placed through the system.
Is My Credit Card Safe?: Sealed With a Kiss is tested daily by McAfee and has the security of SSLs for encryption of your personal information when inputted into their system.
Customer Service: 2 out of 5 stars
I called customer service during business hours and reached what I thought would be a helpful associate. I had a specific blouse in mind that I was wondering where it had been made as well as if it normally ran smaller or larger in size. The associate told me that they didn’t carry that information and if I didn’t find it on the website then they didn’t know it either. She then asked if there was anything else I could help her with and I just simply said no and hung up rather than getting aggravated at her. I was very disappointed with the customer service when I called.

SWAK is short, simple, and straight to the point when it comes to returns and exchanges.
Returns and/or exchanges are all accepted within 15 days to receive a full refund and 30 days to receive merchandise credit on all regular items – sale items as well as accessories cannot be returned or exchanged. Be sure to return the original invoice as well as tags for the clothing to receive your exchange or refund.

Majority of SWAK orders are shipped via FedEx. They have no problem with shipping worldwide, to Canada, Alaska and Hawaii as well as domestic orders. There are a variety of ways that you can receive free shipping through SWAK, which I thought was really cool because free shipping is available for everyone (even worldwide) as long as certain conditions are met. For example, in order to receive free shipping on domestic orders, your merchandise total must be equal to or exceed $40 and be shipped via USPS standard or FedEx Ground.
Fit Measurements: 2 out of 5 stars
This is where I was a little unimpressed. The only type of fit measurement sizing chart that I found was a very general one and you could only find it after clicking on a product. Now, there were a few articles that were on their blog related to sizing which seemed to be useful.

Offer Credit Cards?
It doesn’t seem like they currently offer store credit cards but they do accept all major credit cards including payment by PayPal.
Misc. Comments / Review Points:
Sealed With a Kiss has gone the extra step allowing payment via PayPal. While some online stores have gone this route, many have not and PayPal is growing as we speak so it is a huge step for SWAK if you ask me.
