I must admit that the first thing I noticed at Torrids was that they carried plus size fashion related to the Twilight Saga. I am infatuated with the Twilight Saga so when I saw that there was a collection on Torrids dedicated to it – I was ecstatic! Apart from that, of course, the clothes are absolutely fantastic. They are so in style, chic and fashionable. For the stylish fashion that you would receive from Torrids, you are getting your money’s worth in my eyes.
The clothing is actually modeled on plus size models so you can get a true feel of how the piece of clothing flatters a woman of size, which is something else that I loved about Torrids.
The only thing that I really wasn’t impressed with was the size chart – they really could have gone more in-depth with the entire thing.
Overall, I believe that Torrids is a great online plus size clothing store and is definitely near the top of my list of plus size stores online. (And no, it’s not JUST because they sell Twilight clothes! 
)

Usability and Speed: Torrids’ website is very easy to navigate through and the page changeover is smooth.
Product Images: The product images show the piece of clothing described very well. While the images are simple, they get the point across. You can scroll over any of the images and receive a quick view tab or you can click on the product image and go to the description page where you can have full zoom capabilities.
Checkout Process: Torrids is another one of the few online plus size clothing stores that is offering checkout via PayPal. If you don’t have a PayPal account, don’t worry, you can still check out by the traditional method. You can check out with or without an account and have the option of signing up for the divastyle rewards account at the end of your checkout.
Is My Credit Card Safe?: Your credit card information is completely safe and secure at Torrids as they use SSL technology to protect the transmission of information between your computer and their website server.
Customer Service: 5 out of 5 stars
Torrids has great customer service associates. I called to find out more details about a specific item such as where it was made and if it ran smaller or larger. The customer service associate that answered was able to inform me of where the piece of clothing was made but said she was new and was uncertain about the size but she asked if it would be okay to place me on hold and she would speak to her manager. So, she placed me on hold and was back within just about a minute to let me know that the item ran smaller. She then went on to apologize for placing me on hold and was just very pleasant and helpful overall.

One of the best things about the return policy at Torrids is that if you live within the U.S. it is free. You just simply call them and get a return authorization number and they’ll send you a pre-paid FedEx envelope to return your item! Remember, though, all returns as well as exchanges must be started within 45 days of the receipt of the date of purchase that is listed on your receipt.
If the item you purchased is out of stock when you decide to exchange it, a full refund will be made for the returned item. As for exchanges, you will be charged for the new item and when Torrids receives the returned item, the refund will be issued.

Torrids will ship to anywhere within the United States as well as internationally to more than 150 countries. Military addresses are also welcome at Torrids for order shipping. Prices are Torrids are very reasonable for shipping and are based off the merchandise total – you can choose to have you order shipped by standard, 2-3 day, as well as overnight. There is also a special shipping chart for Puerto Rico. They have a very neat and thorough chart on their shipping page of their website that displays the prices, types of shipping and how long it will take for processing and shipping. Very neat.
Fit Measurements: 3.5 out of 5 stars
Their size chart is very general and is not as advanced as some online stores. There is an image that shows where to measure when measuring your bust, waist, and low hip, as well as a text description. There are a few different size charts – one for Torrid sizes and their equivalent, another for Torrids measurements, the third being a international conversion size chart, with the fourth chart being for international shoe size conversion chart.

Best Way to Get Deals:
One of the best ways to get deals at Torrids is by being approved for a store credit card and being enrolled in the rewards program known as divastatus. Don’t worry, though, if you can’t be approved for a store card, you can sign up separately for the program.
Offer Credit Cards?
Torrids has a credit card that you can apply for if you are 18 years of age or older. In addition, they have a rewards card called divastatus that you automatically enrolled in when you are approved for a Torrid store credit card. You’ll receive some excellent rewards with this and is probably the best way to receive deals from Torrids including 15% off your first purchase with your credit card and exclusive member rewards and offers.
